Coming from the "Mail on Sunday" album, this was the debut single for American rapper Flo Rida. Released in late 2007, and featuring fellow American rapper T-Pain, it went to No.1 in four countries (including the USA & Canada) plus, it hit the top 10 in six other countries (including No.2 in the UK).

The song was remixed, to also feature Pitbull, and included in the soundtrack to the 2008 American dance drama film "Step Up 2: The Streets".

"Low" was also used in the 2008 American action-comedy movie "Tropic Thunder", with Tom Cruise dancing to it!

They went ape with this song in the 2011 American comedy film "Zookeeper":

This song has not been covered by many other artists, but certainly one of the most interesting, is the crunkcore genre cover by BrokenCYDE in 2008:
